Alliancesphere's Strategy and Operations Services are similar to traditional management consulting engagements, but with an emphasis not only on developing strategies and new partnerships, but on supporting successful implementation and ongoing operations. We typically work with clients in single- or multi-phase, fixed-fee engagements, and deliver our services through a team-based model that includes an executive sponsor, engagement manager, strategist, and one or more consultants, analysts, and/or subject matter experts.

Our Strategy and Operations engagements typically focus around addressing particular issues, solving critical problems, and/or addressing and capitalizing on new opportunities. Every engagement with Alliancesphere is unique, but typical engagements can involve building an alliance strategy, designing an alliance program, integrating alliances with sales, building the overall alliance operating model, designing and building the governance model and the measurement model/system, turning around faltering alliances, developing a Program Management Office, and developing networks for collaborative innovation.
